I am an undergraduate student in the Schreyer Honors College majoring in Biochemistry & Molecular Biology. I am also a Braddock Scholar through the Eberly College of Science, and a member of the Presidential Leadership Academy. As a member of the Szpara group, I am researching the way herpes simplex virus (HSV) genomes evolve in response to serial passage. Ultimately, I am interested in pursuing an MD/PhD and researching neurodegenerative disease. When I am not in lab, I like to read, listen to music, and play squash.
