I began my appointment with Biochemistry and Molecular Biology as an administrative assistant in July 2015. It is my great pleasure to work with six principal investigators in the Huck Institutes of the Life Sciences wing of the Millennium Science Complex. I assist behind the scenes taking care of the administrative needs that would otherwise detract from the important research they are conducting in the lab. I take great pride in arranging travel, here and abroad, tracking the use of their grants and funds, coordinating meetings, preparing for new additions to the team, as well as a host of other daily duties that keep things running smoothly.
Beyond the doors of the Millennium Science Complex you can catch me on my motorcycle exploring the beautiful twisting roads of Centre County. I am an avid knitter and spinner and you will rarely find me without some sort of knitting project close to hand. My other hobbies include reading, cooking, gardening, working on my motorcycle, and enjoying the outdoors.
