Jessica Eckard

I am a 4^th year Integrated Undergraduate-Graduate student majoring in biotechnology with an undergraduate minor in microbiology. Upon graduation, I plan to complete an additional master’s degree in Applied Statistics and become a biostatistician. I have always been interested in pathogenesis and medicine development, and throughout college have found that this statistical niche was right for me. I work with Daniel on submitting data to the NCBI Sequence Read Archive (SRA). Outside of class, I enjoy hiking, baking, and building LEGO sets, especially the botanical and technic ones.
